Full job description: Student Service Representative - Zoni American High School

Zoni American High School Student Service Representatives are dedicated professionals who provide exceptional support to our prospective students. They serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, offering accurate information and assistance to students and staff. Working closely with various internal teams, they guide prospective students through the registration and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from initial contact through enrollment and beyond.

• Provide information about Zoni American High School programs to all prospective students
• Send and respond to inquiries about Zoni American High School to all prospective students by e-mail and other authorized channels
• Respond to all telephone calls and messages
• Answer inquires to all prospective students
• Reach goals and objectives of student enrollment
• Assist to collect application payments
• Provide excellent student service at all times

This position requires your full attention and commitment. If you intend to juggle multiple jobs simultaneously, this role may not be suitable for you. Please note that while this is a remote position, it demands alignment with the company's mission and values to ensure team cohesion and dedication.

We have previously encountered challenges with remote collaboration, including difficulty reaching team members and project stagnation. This has underscored the need for high levels of self-discipline to maintain productivity, especially in a remote setting.

Excellent communication skills

High School Diploma
Excellent English language skills
(Writing and Speaking)
Excellent English grammar, syntax, spelling, and punctuation
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated writing ability. Ability to advise and provide solutions to problems faced by a diverse student population.
Excellent Customer Service
Comfortable working with student systems and CRM platforms
